Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

This application has been filed by the applicants for quashing the entire criminal proceeding of Case No. 2762 of 2016, arising out of Case Crime No. 0082 of 2015, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 I.P.C & Section 3/4 D.P. Act bearing its Charge Sheet No. 173 of 2015 (Dated 19.11.2015) Police Station Mahila Thana, District Agra (State Vs. Totaram and others).

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have entered into a compromise.

Learned A.G.A. submits that the compromise effected between the parties may be verified before the court concerned.

In the interest of justice, the applicants and the opposite party no.2 are directed to appear before the court concerned on 16.9.2025 and shall submit the compromise, which shall be verified by the court concerned and a report in this regard shall be submitted before this Court within 15 days thereafter.
