Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

The present application has been filed by applicant for setting aside the order dated 06.07.2024 passed by learned court of District & Sessions Judge, Mainpuri in Criminal Appeal No. 27 of 2024 (Bhanu Pratap Singh Vs. Sunil Kumar) arising out of Complaint Case No.532 of 2024 under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station - Karhal, District - Mainpuri.

It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that applicant is complainant and present application is filed against the impugned order dated 6.7.2024 whereby in the appeal after conviction, the appellate court has directed stay of the operation of order of the trial court. Learned counsel for applicant submits that ends of justice would be served in the event appeal is directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the appeal of the applicant shall be decided by the court concerned in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
