Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Indrajeet Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State.

The grievance of the applicant is that there happens to be seven criminal cases lodged against the applicant being Case Crime No. 971 of 2023, under Sections 457, 380, 411 IPC, Case Crime No. 64 of 2024, under Sections 380, 457 IPC, Case Crime No. 18 of 2024, under Sections 380, 457 IPC, Case Crime No. 24 of 2024, under Sections 457, 380 IPC, Case Crime No. 59 of 2024, under Sections 307 IPC and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Case Crime No. 04 of 2024, under Sections 380, 457 IPC, Case Crime No. 649 of 2023, under Sections 380, 457, 411 IPC, whereby the competent court has accorded bail. Now the applicant is being directed to furnish the separate securities in all the seven criminal cases.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there happens to be a dictum of the Hon'ble Apex Court in somewhat circumstances in Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky v. The State of Uttar Pradesh being S.L.P. (Crl.) No. 8914-8915 of 2018 wherein on 29.18.2018, the Hon'ble Apex Court directed for only bail bond with respect to the several bail orders.

Learned A.G.A. on the other hand has argued that the case of the applicant stands covered under above noted decision and, thus, a

direction be issued for furnishing of one bail bond with respect to above noted seven criminal cases.

Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the writ petition is being disposed of requiring the court below to treat one bail bond sureties with respect to the above noted cases subject to the compliance and in case, the applicant is not wanted in any other case necessary follow up actions be taken.
