At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submitted that both the parties have already been entered into a compromise on dated 14.05.2025 but the same has not been preferred before learned court concerned.

Learned counsel for applicant is hereby directed to prefer the said compromise deed before learned Civil Judge (J.D.)-Ist, Muzaffar Nagar within 15 days from today.
