"It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present application and modify/delete the conditions of bail order in relation to producing two sureties of Rs.2,00,000/-each before the learned trial court for release of applicant in order dated 04.07.2025 in Case Crime No. 97 of 2025, under Section 316(2), 351(3), 352, 318(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Garhmukteshwar, District Hapur, and direct the Courts below to release the applicant on bail after executing less amount of surety for the satisfaction of court below, otherwise applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."
