Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

This application has been filed by the applicants for quashing the charge sheet dated 15.08.2021 as well as cognizance order dated 11.10.2021 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basti, District Bast in Session Case No. 717 of 2025, (State Vs. Aditya Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 113 of 2021 under Sections 308, 323, 325, 504 IPC, Police Station Nagar District Basti by which the learned Magistrate summoned the applicants under Section 308, 323, 325, 504 IPC as well as quash the entire proceeding of Session Case No. 717 of 2025, (State Vs. Aditya Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 113 of 2021 under Section 308, 323, 325, 504 IPC, Police Station Nagar, District Basti, pending in the court of learned trial court Basti, District Basti on the ground of compromise.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have entered into a compromise.

Learned A.G.A. submits that the compromise effected between the parties may be verified before the court concerned.

In the interest of justice, the applicants and the opposite party no.2 are directed to appear before the court concerned on 1.9.2025 and shall submit the compromise, which shall be verified by the court concerned and a report in this regard shall be submitted before this Court within 15 days thereafter.

List on 16.09.2025 in top ten cases.

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings in the aforesaid case shall remain stayed.
