Heard Ms. Preete Chaudhary, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shyam Shankar Mishra and Sri Jeet Narayan Pandey, learned counsels for the opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings against the applicant as well as summoning order dated 30.1.2025 along with all sub-sequential orders passed by the court of Adiditional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Ghaziabad in Complaint Case No.129 of 2024, Anuradha Singh Vs. Vipul and another, Police Station Kushambi, District Ghaziabad under Section 406 I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of compromise recorded in Application U/S 482 No.14680 of 2025 (Vipul Kumar and 3 others Vs. State of U.P. and another), the present case be finally decided, as the same has been arises out of same proceedings.

Learned AGA submits that the present case arises out of same proceedings in which compromise has already been recorded in Application U/S 482 No.14680 of 2025 (Vipul Kumar and 3 others Vs. State of U.P. and another) and he would have no objection in case present criminal proceedings are put to an end.
