The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 24.4.2025 passed by C.J.M., Rampur, whereby an application under Section 173(4) of B.N.S.S. {156(3) of Cr.P.C.}, has been allowed and ordered to investigate the matter.

Learned counsel for the applicants fairly admits that applicants are proposed accused and stage is pre-summoning.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application.

In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
