Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record.

The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed with a prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 15.11.2024 in Case Crime No.267 of 2024, under Sectioon 9B of Explosives Act, 1884, Police Station Safipur, District Unnao as well as summoning order dated 02.07.2025 passed by ACJM, Court No.4, District Unnao.

At the very outset, counsel for the applicant states that the offence is punishable upto seven years and applicant will surrender before the court below and apply for bail. However, he has submitted that the applicant may be granted the benefit of the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (AIR 2022 SC 3386).

It is therefore, directed that in case the applicant surrenders before the Court below within ten days from today and prefers bail application, the court below will decide the said bail application within two weeks thereafter taking into account the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil (supra).

For a period of four weeks. no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid case.

The application stands disposed of.

It is made clear that no application for extension of time shall be entertained if this order is not availed by the applicant in the stipulated period of time.

However, it is open to the applicant to move discharge application at the appropriate stage.
