Heard Sri Nisar Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the records.

Vide order dated 04.09.2025, it was directed that the parties shall appear before the court below along with certified copy of this order and get the compromise deed verified within four weeks. Trial court was also directed to transmit the verification report to this Court within two weeks thereafter, but as per report of the office dated 16.10.2025, the report of compromise verification is awaited.
