Heard Shri Saurabh Kesarwani, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Chhavi Pal Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and Shri Vaibhav Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2.

The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the orders dated 7.3.2025 and 11.3.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar in Execution Case No. 318 of 2023, arising out of an application under Section 125(3), Cr.P.C., Police Station Dankaur, District Gautam Budh Nagar, whereby Recovery Certificate/Recovery Warrant has been issued against the applicant to recover the arrears of maintenance as well as entire proceedings of the aforesaid case.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.

The instant application is dismissed as not pressed accordingly.

Office shall return the certified copy of the orders to the learned counsel for the applicant, after retaining a xerox of the same.
