At the very outset, Sri Suraj Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application wherein the challenge has been raised in order dated 22.01.2025 passed by Additional Session Judge/Additional Special Judge POCSO, Court No.-02, Allahabad in Criminal Revision No. 492 of 2024, Vivek Gaur Vs. Nav Yug Builders, arising out of Complaint No. 0128 of 2020, Under Sections 138 N.I. Act, Police Station- Naini, District-Allahabad, on account of inherent defects with liberty to file afresh.
