Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the minor girl, aged about 13 years, has gone missing, and despite the matter having been reported, no effective action has been taken by the police to trace her.

On the previous date, learned A.G.A. sought time to obtain instructions. On the basis of instructions, it is stated that the police are making all possible efforts to trace the missing minor.

In the circumstances, the Station House Officer, Khesaraha, District Siddharth Nagar is directed to file a personal affidavit before this Court, clearly indicating the steps so far taken for the recovery of the minor girl subsequent to the registration of the FIR.

Put up this case as fresh on 30.10.2025.
