Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayers:

"(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner no. 1 (corpus) namely Smt. Sukuni Kumari wife of Tillu Prasad before this Hon'ble Court and set her free from illegal detention of respondent no. 4 and liberty to live with her husband petitioner no. 4 and liberty to live with her husband petitioner no. 2 namely Tillu prasad.

(B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to set the detenue at liberty with the personal liberty of the corpus/petitioner no. 1.

(C) Issue a writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

(IV) Award the cost to the petitioners."

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 Smt. Sukuni Kumari (corpus) is his legally wedded wife and has been illegally detained by respondent No. 4.

Issue notice to respondent no. 4 through Station House Officer, Police Station Bardah, District Azamgarh to produce the petitioner no. 1 Smt. Sukuni Kumari (corpus) before this Court on the date fixed.

Senior Superintendent of Police, Azamgarh shall ensure that the petitioner no. 1 Smt. Sukuni Kumari (corpus) be produced before this Court on the next date fixed.

List this case on 14.7.2025 as fresh.

Learned AGA shall communicate the order for necessary compliance.

Registrar (Compliance) shall ensure the compliance of the aforesaid order.
