As per the office report dated 14.02.2025, notice on the respondent No.1 could not be served as his address is not complete.
However, despite receiving the postal remarks "refused by receiver" with respect to the respondent No.4, the office has reported that notice on respondent No.4 is not sufficient.
Let a fresh report be submitted by office with regard to the respondent No.4.
Learned counsel for the appellants shall file an appropriate application indicating the correct address of the respondent No.1 within two weeks.
