- Heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the record.
- This first appeal from order has been filed by the appellant-claimant against the judgment and award dated July 11, 2025 passed by the Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gonda in M.A.C.P. No.272 of 2021 for enhancement of compensation.
- Learned counsel for the appellant submits that, while passing the impugned award, the Tribunal has not awarded interest on the compensation and has granted only Rs. 5,00,000/- as compensation. He further submits that the Tribunal has also failed to award miscellaneous expenses as well as future prospects.
