Heard learned counsel for the appellants.

The instant appeal has been preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 against the judgment and award dated 16.05.2025 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ayodhya in Claim Petition No.22 of 2022, whereby a sum of Rs.32,29,425/- along with 7% interest has been awarded in favour of the claimants-respondents.

The submission of the learned counsel for the appellants is that the age of the deceased was 35 years and the appropriate multiplier has not been adopted, apart from it amount awarded under the conventional head is also absent.

The matter requires consideration.

The appeal is admitted.

Let notice be issued to the respondents returnable at an early date.
