Sri I.P.S. Chadha, learned counsel for the appellant in the instant appeal no. 103 of 2012 submits that he has instructions on behalf of the Insurance Company to say that the do not wish to press the present appeal which may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of the statement so made by learned counsel for the appellant, the F.A.F.O. No. 103 of 2012 has been dismissed as not pressed.
The other connected appeal bearing F.A.F.O. No. 11 of 2013 has been filed by the owner of the vehicle, however, it has been informed that the counsel for the appellants is reported to be on sanctioned leave till 22nd August, 2025 as he has undergone a surgical operation.
In that view of the matter, list the connected appeal bearing F.A.F.O. (D) No. 11 of 2013 on 27th August, 2025.
