In deference to the order dated 28.05.2025, the revisionist and the respondent no.2 are present in person.

The respondent no.2, on a query, initially stated that she is ready to go for mediation if the revisionist is ready to pay her the total arrears of maintenance, which is around Rs.3,50,000/-, in regard to which the revisionist stated that he has already paid Rs.35,000/- to the respondent no.2 and has deposited Rs.1,00,000/- under the order passed by this Court, which may be paid to the respondent no.2 and the remaining amount, he will pay after mediation, in case it fails. However, he is ready to pay Rs.5,000/- per month to the respondent no.2 as awarded by the family court by means of the impugned order regularly from this month i.e. July 2025 during pendency of this revision.

In view of the aforesaid offer made by the revisionist, the respondent no.2 is ready to go for mediation and she states that the amount deposited under the order passed by this Court may be released in her favour.

In view of above, this matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, where the parties shall appear on 28.07.2025.

The learned Mediator shall make earnest endeavour to get the matter settled.

It is further provided that as undertaken by the revisionist, he shall pay Rs.5,000/- per month from this month to the respondent no.2 regularly during pendency of this revision, which shall be paid to the respondent no.2 in the shape of demand draft

on 28.07.2025 on her appearance before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and from the next month the aforesaid amount shall be paid to the respondent no.2 by 7^th day of the month.

It is further provided that in case of failure of mediation for any reason, whatsoever, the arrears of maintenance as stated by the revisionist shall be paid by him to the respondent no.2 within a period of four months in two installments. It is further provided that out of Rs.1,00,000/-, Rs.90,000/- shall be paid to the respondent no.2 on an application moved by her giving her account details, which shall be transferred in her account directly.

List in the third week of September 2025.

Interim order, if any, shall continue till the next date of listing.

In case the revisionist will not comply any of the condition of this order, he shall not be entitled for any benefit of the this order and the interim order shall stand vacated and the court below shall proceed accordingly.
