In deference to previous orders passed by this Court, the revisionist and respondent no.2 are present in person.

Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he has got prepared a Demand Draft of Rs. 1,40,000/- but it could not be deposited as it could be prepared after expiry of time granted by this Court due to financial crises in terms of previous order dated 29.05.2025.

On a query, respondent no.2 states that she is ready for mediation to settle the family dispute. The revisionist also states that he is also ready for mediation.

In view of the above, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, where the parties shall appear on 30.07.2025.

Learned Mediator of Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court shall make earnest endevour to get the matter settled.

Learned counsel for the revisionist shall deposit the Demand Draft within a period of three days with the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

It is further provided that out of the aforesaid amount,

Rs.1,30,000/- shall be paid to the respondent no.2 on her appearance before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre,which shall be transferred in her account on an application moved by her furnishing the details of account, after verification within a period of two weeks from the date of application.
