revisionist states that the revisionist does not want to
press the present revision, and the same may be
dismissed as not pressed.
2. In view of the statement made, the criminal revision
is dismissed as not pressed.
3. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to
the revisionist as per rule after retaining a photostat
copy of the same on the record.
