Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

The present criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist seeking following main relief(s):-

"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant criminal revision, setting-aside the impugned judgment and order dated 31.5.2025, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rae Bareli, in Criminal Misc. Case No.757 of 2024; Smt. Jyoti Singh Versus Narendra Singh, under section 125 Cr.P.C., relating to the Police Station- Lalganj, District-Rae Bareli, as contained in Annexure no.1 to this criminal revision, in the interest of justice.

It is further most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to stay the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and order dated 31.5.2025, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rae Bareli, in Criminal Misc. Case No.757 of 2024; Smt. Jyoti Singh Versus Narendra Singh, under section 125 Cr. P.C., relating to the Police StationLalganj, District-Rae Bareli, as contained in Annexure no.1 to this criminal revision, during the pendency of instant criminal revision, in the interest of law and justice."

Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that the opposite party No.2 is the wife of the revisionist and the matter can be settled amicably by way of mediation. In order to show his bonafide the revisionist is ready to deposit Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) in favour of the opposite party No.2 on or before the next date fixed in the case.

In view of the aforesaid, let notice be issued to the opposite party No.2-Smt. Jyoti Singh. Steps are to be taken within three working days.

Let opposite party No.2-Smt. Jyoti Singh be also informed by the S.H.O. of the Police Station concerned regarding the pendency of the present revision as also the fact that the revisionist is intending to settle the matrimonial dispute amicably by way of mediation.

List this case on 11th September, 2025.

On the next date fixed, the revisionist-Nagendra Singh as well as opposite party No.2-Smt. Jyoti Singh shall appear in person.

The S.H.O. of the Police Station concerned shall ensure compliance of this order.

Learned A.G.A. is directed to communicate this order to the S.H.O. concerned for ensuring the compliance.

On the next date fixed, this court would consider the application for interim relief.
