Heard learned counsel for the revisionist as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Revisionist-Rajesh @ Rajesh Saxena is present before this Court and has been identified by his counsel.
In compliance of the order dated 26.08.2025, the opposite party No.2/Smt. Priti Saxena is present before this Court and has been identified by SubInspector-Balendra Singh, P.S.-Kotwali Dehat, District-Sitapur and Head Constable-Smt. Asha, P.S.-Kotwali Dehat, District-Sitapur.
Learned counsel for the revisionist stated that the revisionist is ready to settle the dispute amicably by way of mediation, as such, the matter may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court so as to carve possibility of amicable settlement of dispute between the parties and to show the bonafide, he has provided a draft amounting to Rs. 50,000/- to the opposite party No.2/Smt. Priti Saxena before this Court, who is also ready to settle the dispute amicably.
In view of above, it is provided that the matter be placed before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 18.09.2025. On that date, parties shall appear in person before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

List/put up this case before this Court on 13.11.2025 alongwith mediation report showing the name of Sri O.P. Mishra as counsel for the opposite party No.2.
Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall continue till the next date of listing.
It is also made clear that if the mediation/settlement fails, the interim order would be extended only after hearing the learned counsel for the revisionist on merits.
