Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and the learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.

Under challenge is the order dated 13.8.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mathura, in CVriminal Case No. 480 of 2025, under Section 379 BNSS (340 Cr.P.C.) read with Section 215 BNSS (195 Cr.P.C.).

Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that the revisionist has filed an application under Section 340 Cr.P.C/under Section 379 BNSS which has been rejected by the impugned order dated 13.8.2025.

There is statutory provision under Section 380 BNSS, 2023 of filing appeal. The efficacious and alternative remedy is available to the revisionist, hence the revision is liable to be dismissed. It is accordingly dismissed.
