1. Shri Ajatshatru Pandey, learned counsel for the
revisionist states that the present criminal revision was
filed against the rejection of discharge application but
since the charges have been framed in the matter, the
revisionist wants to withdraw the present revision with
liberty to file fresh criminal revision, and the same may
be dismissed as withdrawn.
2. In view of the statement made, the criminal revision
is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
3. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to
the revisionist as per rule after retaining a photostat
copy of the same on the record.
