The instant revision has been moved for the release of motor cycle No. UP73 AJ 1080 which was driven by the accused at the time of alleged incident, however, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the revisionist is the registered owner of the motor cycle and the accused in this case was given the said vehicle by the revisionist but not for smuggling for contraband.

Learned A.G.A. is directed to obtain instructions in this matter particularly on the point that whether the present revisionist now has been implicated in this case as co-accused or not?
