In the revised call, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. are present.

This revision is directed against the order dated 23.5.2024 passed by Addl. Session Judge / Fast Track Court (Crime against Women), Kanpur Dehat in Case No. 1867 of 2024 (State Vs. Jagpal Singh) arising out of case crime no.240 of 2024 under Sections 376, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station Shivli, District Kanpur Dehat whereby the discharge application moved by the revisionist was rejected.

A glaring fact was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned State counsel that charges in this matter have already been framed whereas the present revision has been preferred against the rejection of the discharge application moved by the revisionist.

Since charges have already been framed in this matter, the instant revision in its present form is not maintainable, hence dismissed .
