Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State.

The instant revision has been filed against the order dated 22.5.2025 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Muzaffarnagar, by which a sum of Rs. 5,000/- has been awarded as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2.

Without going into the merits of the case, since the matter is pending for final disposal before Principal Judge, Family Court, it shall remain open to both the parties to adduce oral, as well as documentary evidence in respect of the income and source of income as held by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Rajnesh vs. Neha, AIR 2021 Supreme Court 569, AIRONLINE 2020 SC 915.

It is directed that once the evidence from both the sides is complete, thereafter the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Muzaffarnagar shall pass a final order in accordance with law.

In the event, a final order is passed, it shall remain open to both the sides to seek appropriate remedy, if so advised in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the revision stands disposed of.
