This is a criminal revision with prayer for enhancement of quantum of maintenance awarded by Principal Judge, family court, Firozabad in maintenance case no. 346 of 2020.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that this revision has now become infructuous during passage of time, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
The revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
