The present revision has been filed by the revisionist against the order dated 10.1.2024 passed by Commissioner of Police (Gramin) / Executive Magistrate, Commissionerate Ghaziabad, wherein wall was constructed on the general passage in respect of plot no. 299 and another plot no. 255 owned by Mangu Singh and Lalit respectively.

Without going into any other controversy, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 has placed on record order dated 31.1.2024 passed by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Moosoorie, Ghaziabad.

By the said order dated 31.1.2024, it is averred that the said wall has been demolished on 30.1.2024 and there is no unauthorized obstruction on the passage and therefore, nothing survives in respect of order dated 10.1.2024 passed by the then Deputy Commissioner / Executive Magistrate. However, it will be open to either of the parties to raise their grievances, if any, still survives, before the appropriate forum in the appropriate proceedings.

In view thereof, revision is disposed of.
