Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the revisionists is taken on record.

The present revision has been filed against the order dated 09.01.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate II, Gyanpur, Bhadohi in Criminal Complaint Case No. 5797 of 2023, under Sections 325, 504, 506 I.P.C., police station Unch, District Bhadohi, wherein the discharge application of the revisionists has been rejected.

On the other hand, learned counsel for opp. party no. 2 submitted that charge has already been framed and the statements of witnesses are being recorded, inasmuch as the statement of p.w.-1 has been completed and the testimony of p.w.-2 is going on.
