Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist has stated at the Bar that an application NA528 No. 25820 of 2025 is pending adjudication before this Court, wherein the order of framing of charge has been challenged. He next submitted that since in the instant revision the order passed in discharge application is under challenge. More or less, similar grounds have been assailed in the revision, as well as the application NA528 No. 25820 of 2025.

Having regard to the fact that the revisionist has submitted that he would like to assail the discharge order dated 29.06.2024 in the application NA528 No. 25820 of 2025, hence the present revision has lost his relevance.
