Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and the learned AGA appearing for the State-respondent.

This criminal revision has been preferred against the order dated 27.3.2025, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO Act), Budaun in Criminal Misc. Case No. 331 of 2025 ( Ishwar Devi Vs. Data Ram and others), whereby the application under Section 173(4) has been rejected.

Perused the impugned order dated 27.3.2025, from which it is apparent that the First Information Report has already been registered as Case Crime No. 33 of 2025, under Section 115(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS.

In this view of the matter, there is neither illegality nor irregularity in the impugned order. Therefore, this criminal revision is liable to be dismissed and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
