Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the dispute between the parties can be settled amicably if the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. In view of the above, let notices be issued to opposite party no. 2 in order to give her consent for referring this matter to the mediation centre.

Accordingly, the revisionist is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- before this Court within fifteen days from today. List this case on 12.03.2025 as fresh.

Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the order dated 24.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No.1490/2019 "Smt. Babli vs. Krishna Kumar" by Additional Principal JudgeIII, Family Court, Sultanpur shall remain stayed.
