The present revision has been filed for the following main relief:-

"Wherefore, in view of the facts and grounds as mentioned in the memo of the present Criminal Revision, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to call for the record of Criminal Case No.-1014/2018, Haripriya Tripathi Versus Shishir Tripathi from the court of Additional Principal Judge II, Family Court, Lucknow and after the examining the correctness and propriety of the same, may kindly be please to revise the impugned judgment and order dated 21-09-2024, passed by the Learned Additional Principal Judge II, Family Court, Lucknow and further praying for Enhancement of maintenance allowance granted to the Revisionist by the Learned Additional Principal Judge II, Family Court, Lucknow in favor of the Revisionist without any delay for survival of the Revisionist and its consequential proceedings whatsoever, in the interest of justice."

Sri Devendra Tripathi, learned Counsel for the revisionist and Sri Sharad Tewari, learned Counsel for the side opposite, are present before this Court.

It is stated by learned Counsel for the parties that they do not want to press the present revision and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection.

Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
