This revision has been filed against judgement and order dated 15.01.2025 passed by Juvenile Justice / Special Judge (POCWO Adhiniyam) Chandauli in Appeal No. 28 of 2024 and order dated 05.07.2024 passed by Juvenile Justice Board Chandauli in Case No.51 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.175 of 2019, under Section 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Saydraja, District Chandauli.

Learned counsel for the revisionist informs that the revisionist has already been acquitted on 22nd September, 2025 by the Children's Court.

In view of the above, revision has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed.
