Mr. Rakesh Dubey, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 submits that counter affidavit is almost ready and he shall file the same within two days in the registry, therefore, he may be granted some time to do the same.

On his request, as a last opportunity, he is granted a week's time to file counter affidavit.
