In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 03.11.2025, the personal affidavit of the Commissioner of Police, Lucknow filed today is taken on record.

Learned counsel prays for some time to go through the aforesaid affidavit.

¶12

However, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that subsequent to the order of this Court dated 03.11.2025, the authorities have started monitoring the area and the police personnel invariably remain present.

Learned A.G.A. states that the area is also being monitored by the police.

¶14

Considering the aforesaid, let a further affidavit be filed by the next date indicating the position in the area and the grievance as expressed by the petitioner in the instant petition.

List this case on 12.01.2026.

A personal affidavit of the Commissioner of Police, Lucknow would again be filed indicating the situation in the area.

In case the personal affidavit is not filed by the next date, the Commissioner of Police shall remain present along with the records to assist the Court.
