1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and Sri Sanjive Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel, who has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party Nos.4 & 5 and filed Vakalatnama. The same is taken on record.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioners seek direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 17.07.2025 bearing FIR/ Case Crime No.170 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115 (2), 352 & 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station-Nagram, District-Lucknow, as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition, in the light of compromise dated 26.07.2025, attained between the parties, as contained in Annexure No.3 to the writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and the private opposite parties have amicably compromised their dispute on 26.07.2025. The copy of original compromise deed dated 26.07.2025 entered into between the parties has been annexed with this petition as Annexure No.3 to the writ petition.

4. Whether the parties have, in fact, compromised the matter or not, can very well be ascertained by the Court below, as such, compromise has to be duly verified in presence of the parties concerned before the court below.

5. In view of the above, the parties are directed to appear before the learned

Senior Registrar of this Court on 19.09.2025 for verification of the contents of the aforesaid compromise and the parties thereof. After verification of the aforesaid compromise, a report to that effect shall be prepared by the learned Senior Registrar and send it to this Court before the next date of listing, which shall be made part of the record.

6. List this case in the week commencing 06.10.2025 along with Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.7614 of 2025.

7. Till the next date of listing, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners pursuant to the impugned F.I.R..

8. When the case is next listed, name of Sri Sanjive Kumar Tripathi, Advocate be printed in the cause list as counsel for the opposite parties.

9. Office is directed to send the paper-book of this case to the office of the Senior Registrar for compliance of this order.
