"1. Heard Sri Deepak Kumar, holding brief of Sri Rohitash Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned AGA for the State-opposite parties no.1 to 3.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has requested that he may be permitted to correct the spelling of opposite party no.4 inasmuch as in place of "Gulnaj", she is "Gulnaz".

3. Considering the aforesaid request, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to correct the spelling of opposite party no.4 during the course of the day.

4. Issue notice to opposite party no.4 returnable at an early date.

5. Steps within a week. Office to proceed accordingly.

6. By means of this petition, the petitioners have assailed the impugned FIR bearing FIR/ Case Crime No.0472 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Bangarmau, District- Unnao.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the impugned FIR is an outcome of a matrimonial dispute between the parties and the petitioners have every hope, to the best of his instructions, that the issue may be settled amicably through Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

8. Before sending the issue to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, consent of the parties would be required. So as to show his bonafide, petitioner no.1 would

produce a Demand Draft of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) in the name of opposite party no.4 i.e. Gulnaz, D/o Firoj, W/o Abdul Salaam, R/o Purviya Tola, Bangarmau Rural, Police Station- Bangarmau, District- Unnao.

9. List on 10.09.2025.

10. On that date, petitioner no.1 and opposite party no.4 shall appear in person before this Court.

11. The Station House Officer, Police Station- Bangarmau, District- Unnao shall ensure the presence of opposite party no.4 on the next date.

12. If opposite party no.4 agrees to settle the dispute through Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the Demand Draft of Rs.30,000/- may be handed over to her.

13. Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners pursuant to the impugned FIR.

14. Learned AGA shall intimate this order to the S.H.O. concerned telephonically/ e- mail/ any other convenient mode for its compliance. "

In compliance of aforesaid order, petitioner No.1- Abdul Salaam and opposite party No.4 Gulnaz are present in person.

Inspector- Sri Ram Narayan and lady constable Ms. Pooja, Police Station Bangarmau, District Unnao have assured the presence of opposite party No.4.

Sri Sagar Singh, learned Advocate has filed Vakalatnama today on behalf of opposite party No.4, same is taken on record.

The petitioner No.1 and opposite party No.4 have stated that they have settled their dispute outside the Court and they are living together happily. Opposite party No.4 Gulnaz has stated that she has no grievance against her husband/petitioner No.1 and her husband Abdul Salaam has stated that he is happily living with his wife and is looking after her properly.

In the wake of aforesaid development, the demand draft of Rs.30,000/has not been prepared by petitioner No.1.

The Inspector- Ram Narayan, who is present before the Court has stated that after completing the required formalities the final report has been prepared on 26.08.2025 and the same has been submitted before the supervisory authority on 27.08.2025. The final report shall be sent to the

court very soon.

In the light of aforesaid facts and circumstances, the case is adjourned for today and if the final report is accepted by the court, the order to that effect may be filed by filing supplementary affidavit by either of the parties.

List again on 14.10.2025.

Interim order to continue till the next date of listing.

The parties, who are present in person need not appear again.
