Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the State and perused the records.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to have the CBI or any other independent investigative agency to take over the investigation and prosecution with respect to the complaints made by the petitioner with respect to the incident that took place on 07/06/2025 as set out in this petition.

ii. Issue writ order or command in the nature of Mandamus directing opposite parties/Investigating agency conduct the prompt, impartial and fair investigation in F.I.R registered at crime number 0135/2025 U/-s 115(2), 74, 333, 351(2), 351(3), 110. B.N.S. 2023 Police Station- Kandhai District Pratapgarh.

iii. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandanus directing the Respondent No.1 to 3 to arrest the respondent no. 4 in F.I.R registered at crime number 0135/2025 U/-s 115(2),

74, 333, 351(2), 351(3), 110 B.N.S. 2023, Police StationKandhai District Pratapgarh in the interest of justice.

iv. Such other and further order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

V. Allow this writ petition with cost."

The learned A.G.A. has produced before this court the instructions sent by Sub Inspector, Police Station Kandhai, District Pratapgarh, wherein it has been stated that charge sheet has been prepared against the accused on 24.06.2025 and has been submitted to the supervisory authority. The instructions are kept on record.

The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
