Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A for the State-respondents and Sri Ajay Kumar Tripathi, Advocate who has filed his power on behalf of the opposite party no.5, which is taken on record.

This petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following main prayer:-

"1-to issue writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the opposite parties concern to provide the life protection to the petitioners in the interest of justice.

2-to issue writ order or direction in nature of Mandamus commanding to opposite parties concern to early decide the representation dated 11-07-2025 as contained in Annexure No 1 to this writ petition and passed the speaking and reasoned in order as per direction of this Hon'ble court in the interest of Justice."

We have gone through the array of the petitioners who are six in number and also the order passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Fast Track Court (Crime Against Women), Hardoi wherein a case relating to Domestic Violence under Section 12 orders have been passed by the Magistrate for giving maintenance and compensation to the opposite party no.5.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that an appeal has been filed against the exparte order before the District Judge, Hardoi on 19.06.2025, a copy of the order passed by the Sessions Judge, Hardoi on 19.06.2025, has been filed as Annexure No. 6 to the petition. It has been submitted that despite of such appeal remaining pending, the police are harassing the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the respondent/opposite party no.5 has stated before this Court that till date no execution case has been filed by him.

This writ petition has been filed under some misapprehension. It stands dismissed.
