Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for respondents no.1 to 3, and Ms. Deepali Yadav, learned counsel, who files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.4.

Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the FIR dated 18.04.2025 bearing No.129 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(4), 340(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS, 2023, Police Station Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that after lodging of the FIR the parties concerned have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 03.06.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-SA-1 to the supplementary affidavit 01.07.2025, per which they have agreed to settle the dispute between themselves amicably.

Considering the aforesaid, let the parties concerned appear before the Senior Registrar of this Court on 24.11.2025 for verification of the said compromise. The Senior Registrar shall verify the compromise and submit his report within next seven days.

List this case on 01.12.2025 indicating the name of Ms. Deepali Yadav, learned counsel, in the cause list from the side of the respondents.

Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in pursuance to the aforesaid FIR.
