2. This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. bearing FIR No.324 of 2022, under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 I.P.C., Police Station Utraula, District Balrampur.
3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 28.10.2025 received from SubInspector, Police Station Utraula, district Balrampur, submits that name of the petitioner has been dropped during investigation and charge-sheet has been submitted before the Court concerned on 30.09.2024 against Ajay Kumar Jha and Yashpal Singh, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy. The said instructions are taken on record.
