Sri Rizwan Ahamad, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Adil Siddiqui, learned counsel holding brief of Syed Iqbal Ahmad, learned counsel for the respondent No.4 submit that the parties have arrived at a compromise.

The parties to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Prayagraj for verification of compromise. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate shall verify the compromise, after identification of the parties by the Investigating Officer. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate shall send a report in that regard to this Court before the next date of listing.

Put up this matter in the list of fresh cases on 6.1.2026.

Till the next date of listing, the arrest of the petitioners pursuant to the impugned first information report dated 2.7.2025 registered as Case Crime No.140 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 406 of the I.P.C., at Police Station George Town, District Prayagraj shall remain stayed.
