The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :-

"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 and 2 to provide the protection and security of life to the petitioners from the respondent no. 5, who has registered a N.C.R. No. 013/2025 for missing of the petitioner no. 2 at P.S. Ughaiti, District-Budaun on 17.08.2025 for leaving the house by the petitioner no. 2/daughter without intimating to the respondent no. 5/father.

(II) Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 4/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun for recording the statements of the petitioners U/s 183 B.N.S.S., 2023, that they are living together in connection to the missing report of the petitioner no. 2, registered by the respondent no. 5 through NCR No. 013 of 2025 dated 17.08.2025 at P.S. Ughaiti, District-Budaun and also direct to the respondent no. 5 not to interfere in the peaceful life of the petitioners."

It has been stated in the writ petition that petitioner No. 2 is voluntarily living with petitioner No. 1, but the police is harassing the petitioner No. 1 because an N.C.R. has been registered at the instance of respondent No. 5 stating that his daughter, i.e., the petitioner No. 2 is missing.

The petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 shall appear before the Superintendent of Police, Budaun, who shall get their statement recorded. The statement of the petitioners as recorded shall be produced before this Court on the next date fixed in the case.

Put up again as fresh on 16.10.2025 before the appropriate Bench.
