1 . Heard the petitioner who appears in person and learned A.G.A. for the respondents-State.
2 . Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents to conduct fair and effective investigation in FIR No.500 of 2023 under Sections 384, 392, 427, 504, 506 IPC, 67 of the Information Technology Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, Balrampur.
3 . Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Ram Kishun Chauhan, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, Balrampur dated 05.12.2025 states that initially a final report had been submitted on 30.10.2023 before the learned court. Subsequent thereto on the direction of the learned court, further investigation was directed on 19.04.2024.
4 . In pursuance thereof, the matter has been further investigated and a report has been submitted on 10.10.2025 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balrampur.
Aforesaid statement is recorded.
5 . Considering the aforesaid, nothing further survives in the matter.
