1. Heard Shri Udai Pratap Lal, learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

2. This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of mandamus directing to opposite party no.2 not to dispossess the petitioner without the order of the competent Court (Executing Court).

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that despite the pendency of the contempt petition before this Court and the execution proceedings, opposite party no.2 is harassing the petitioner at the instance of private opposite parties.

4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 24.11.2025 received from S.I. Ram Ugah Kushwaha, Police Station Kudwar, district Sultanpur, submits that though a police team had gone to the disputed land, however, on coming to know about the pendency of the proceedings, no action has been taken and the police is not interfering in any manner. She submits that this petition is misconceived as it has been filed on baseless ground. Instruction dated 24.11.2025 is taken on record.

5. Learned Counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid contention of the learned A.G.A.
