At the very outset, learned AGA for the State has made a statement at bar that the investigation has already been concluded, and a charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners. As such the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to approach appropriate forum at appropriate stage.
