Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record.

2.As per the office report the notice has been served upon the opposite party no. 2.

The present appeal under Section 14A(1) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (P.A.) Act, 1989 has been preferred by the appellant with a prayer to set aside the impugned order dated 25.7.2025 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Firozabad in Special Session Trial no. 1964 of 2025 (State Vs. Pawan Yadav) arising out of Case Crime no. 324 of 2024, under Section 354, 427, 504, 506 IPC and 3 (2) (5A) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Shsikohabad, District Firozabad, pending in the court of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Firozabad.

During arguments, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that he does not want to press the prayer for quashing of the above mentioned case. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the appellant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that in case the appellant filed bail application before the court below, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously.

With the above observations, this appeal is disposed of finally.
